Velocify uses the same username and password that you use to sign in; it does not use a separate API key. Before you start, confirm that your Velocify user can access the leads and records you want to sync.

Verify your Velocify login

Open your organization’s normal Velocify sign-in page and confirm that the username and password work. Use that same pair in the Rollout connection form.

Enter your login and save

In the product you are connecting, choose Velocify. Enter the same values you use to sign in in Velocify Username and Velocify Password, then select Save.Cropped Velocify connection form with Velocify Username, Velocify Password, and Save highlightedWhen the connection window closes or Velocify appears as connected in the product, the setup is complete. You do not need to generate an API key.

If the connection does not finish

Sign in to Velocify directly with the same username and password. Complete any password reset or account verification requested by Velocify before trying again.
