HubSpot uses OAuth for this connection. There is no private-app token or developer-app credential for you to create or copy. Before you start, make sure your HubSpot user can authorize integrations for the account you want to connect.

Let’s connect your account

Confirm the HubSpot account

Sign in to HubSpot directly and confirm that the account you want to connect appears in your account list.

Open HubSpot

Sign in to the HubSpot account you will authorize

Open HubSpot

In the product you are connecting, choose HubSpot, then select Connect Account.

Sign in to HubSpot

Choose the correct HubSpot account

If the wrong HubSpot account appears, cancel the authorization and start again with the correct account.

Review and connect the app

On the permissions page, confirm that the heading says Connecting Rollout Dev to HubSpot. Your HubSpot account should appear, or the connection should show as connected.HubSpot sends the authorization result back automatically. Do not create a HubSpot developer app, private app, or copy client credentials or an access token.

If the connection does not finish

Ask a HubSpot Super Admin to authorize the connection or grant your user the required app permissions.
Allow pop-ups for the product you are connecting, then select Connect Account again.
