# RAD CRM

> Connect RAD CRM with the username and password you use to sign in.

RAD CRM uses the same username and password that you use to sign in; it does not use a separate API key. Before you start, confirm that this user can access the records you want to sync.

## Let's connect your account

    Open your organization's normal RAD CRM sign-in page and confirm that the username and password work. Use that same pair in the Rollout connection form.

  <Step title="Connect RAD CRM">
    In the product you are connecting:

    1. Choose **RAD CRM**.
    2. Enter your RAD CRM login in **RAD CRM User Name** and **RAD CRM Password**.
    3. Select **Save**.

    When the form saves, your RAD CRM account is connected. You do not need to generate an API key.

## If the connection does not finish
