# RAD CRM

> Connect RAD CRM with the username and password you already use to sign in.

RAD CRM does not require a customer-generated API key.

  <Step title="Confirm your RAD CRM login">
    Sign into RAD CRM normally and confirm that your username and password work. Use an account with access to the CRM records you want to sync.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the credentials">
    In the RAD CRM connection form, enter the same values in **RAD CRM User Name** and **RAD CRM Password**.

  <Step title="Save the connection">
    Select **Save**. If the connection fails, confirm the credentials by signing into RAD CRM again before retrying.
